Strong Self. Strong Children. Strong World.
What is the first thing a child does? They play – and if we didn’t interrupt them, they would keep playing forever.
Play is a source of power for children’s souls. Every child intuitively knows which game fosters their development. However, the curiosity to discover is often trained out of many children during their early years through "upbringing." This inhibits their enormous capacity for enthusiasm. The result: a loss of interest in learning (school) and a lack of direction due to suppressed needs (conformity). What is our true task as adults, and what can we do in a practical sense to allow the child to unfold powerfully?
What to expect in this training:
Why must girls develop their "power of anger," and why do boys need to relearn how to cry? Why is it never about "getting rid" of feelings, but always about compassionate acceptance and expression? Why does the pressure to perform destroy a child's potential?
Practice & Theory
In the Kids Yoga Teacher Master Training, you will let go of many preconceived notions about yourself and discover new facets of your being. Based on these new experiences, you will be able to see the child through a completely new lens.
Furthermore, you will receive scientific foundations for the holistic development of a child, based on current brain research. You will learn what is needed for a human being to unfold their potential – regardless of their age today!
Through various exercises, these topics become experiential and tangible in body and mind. Every change begins with ourselves; we are the role models for our children. We get to invite, inspire, and encourage them. A new consciousness creates a new way of interacting and, ultimately, a new society.
